nope some girl on facebook forum asked about it so i thought i get peoples opinions on here , i told her she can still get prosecuted even tho her husband has applied for daca , but daca is not a law , so he can still get prosecuted , another guy on there was like , no you cant , just thought i get peoples opinion on here
