I'm not from Indiana, but I think I can answer your question. Just like any state you would have to prove Identity, State Residency, Prove Legal Presence, and have a SSN. For Indiana, you would need
two proofs of state residency (e.g A bill with your name/Bank statement/pay stub). You may use your DACA Approval letter and/or EAD to prove Legal Presence, and have a Social Security card. The DL will be valid until the expiration of the EAD. As for instate tuition, they allow USC or LPRs instate tuition, but ultimately that is under the discretion of the college so I would speak with them.
