She most likely will. Even if it's just to get some democratic votes, it's worth it for the effort. If she actually wants to get it passed though, she'll have to spend some political capital and put in way more effort. They said it's supposed to be bipartisan so let's see how much effort dems put into it. Even if Pelosi does everything she can it might fail but we can see how serious she is.
