Hey man thanks! I haven following up on this blog and I have noticed you have been waiting for a long time. Trust me I know how you feel, about 2 min before I got that email I completely gave up on myself. Listen here, screw that 90 days thing and on the 31st day after you filed that E-request file again, but this part is VERY IMPORTANT. Make sure and call the national customer service hotline and file the e-request over the phone because they can write additional notes on there. My fourth e-request had like 2 paragraphs full of my complaints. After 4 of them, a few days later I got my approval. Dont give up man you got to keep calling them. But remember dont file an e-request online do it over the phone with them. AND WHATEVER YOU DO DONT TALK TO THE LEVEL 2 OFFICERS they are full of it. They have the nastiest attitudes and they have no good advice seriously man.
