This is a list of the items needed in order to apply for a renewal of DACA.

REQUIRED)
- I-821D form
- I-765 form
- I-765WS form
- 2 passport photos(write your name and A number on the back)
- $465 Check or Money Order made out to 'U.S. Department of Homeland Security'
- 1 copy of your EAD card (front and back)
(ONLY IF APPLICABLE)
- New documents involving removal proceedings or criminal history that you did not already submit to USCIS
(OPTIONAL)
- G-1145 form(for text an e-mail updates)
- Copy of the mailer letter that came with your EAD, the one with the barcodes.
- Copy of your I-821D and I-765 Approval letters
