The travel thing is something truly curious to me. If we do get a travel option, most (actually all) of us have accrued unlawful presence in the US since we first came here. I read on the USCIS website that even if you have a travel authorization through advanced parole, if you accrued any unlawful presence in the US, you will be subject to the 3/10 year ban and won't be able to return to the US even with the advanced parole. I hope they clarify this and will allow us to return even with our unlawful presence.
