Next time try applying between 150-120 days before expiration. I understand your frustration. Fortunately, you are not in the block of applications that are suffering a great delay because of IT issues. Try contacting ILRC and having your case elevated since you will exprie this week. That seemed to help my case. Wishing you all the best!
