I've traveled to Puerto Rico using just my Drivers License. You shouldn't be afraid of travel within the US, with DACA we have protection against deportation and we are legally in the US.

Also, as a recommendation, if you are traveling to an airport that is situated near the border (~100mi/less) or to the territories (not including Puerto Rico) you should carry your Deferred Action approval letter because you may encounter CBP agents.
