The suggestion is to just have one main sticky thread and instead of having each thread sticky, put a list of threads that include the link and description inside the one sticky thread on top that way all the info is still accessible through a main sticky thread, and that will free up a lot of space on the threads list, so it is easier to actually navigate that forum without looking at the same old threads on the list, but yet the threads are still accessible through the first sticky "main list thread" which will still be easily accessible by anyone looking for "info".

In addition, as an alternative matter
perhaps it is more relevant at the moment to stick the approvals for each month, I think in most cases there are approvals for each month, make these threads sticky instead - which are more important to everyone who is applying or that recently applied and everyone else who wants to see the activity will be able to follow closer with more recent list and follow ups with month to month approvals, and the likes on the sticky.
