What this process allows and might be more lenient concerning is re-opening the Final Order IF you have the option of Permanent Residency is immediately available,heck I think all with Final Orders with approved Deferred action should try to have their orders overturned with joint motions with the Government if possible.I have come across at least 3 individuals under different circumstances who were able to have their orders overturned......even 1 with just Deferred action alone with a joint motion.
