Idk. Because they couldnt tell me if they had the fingerprints on file. And i had to go through like 2 different levels to find out if they at least had the fingerprints. The lady said she does have the fingerprints but cannot confirm the day it was done. She was really nasty and hung up. I'm hoping she wasnt a total bitch and just deepsixed my case somehwere
