About two years ago a took a few payday loans $300 each (about 4 of them). I know it was really stupid of me but I got carried away and kept getting them so it was beyond stupid of me getting and getting them. Eventually I got put on Leave of Absence from my job due to medical issues so I was out of an income and stopped paying them back. I have really bad anxiety and when I got back my job and kind of buried my head and did not pay them back at all. they kept calling me to pay them but every time I tried to get a hold of them I got really bad panic attacks where my heart would start racing so I just could not bring my self to do it.

Here's my question:
Does anyone think this in any way disqualify me from getting DACA again. what if all those little loans places tried to charge me with something and that would make me ineligible? Again I might be a bit paranoid. But I just need some opinions. I did my biometrics 9/28/19.
Don’t drown in a glass of water. Your finances and DACA have nothing to do with each other. Owing money or not paying them back is not a criminal matter. They can sue you for the debt but that’s all they could do. A lawsuit would mean that you would have to pay them back and that’s it. It’s not a criminal case. Payday loan places don’t even sue you for small debts either. They just end up selling the debt to a debt collector and ding your credit report for non-payment.
