Deafening thought, you can apply for RN license with ITIN in Maryland. That's what I did. I am an RN as well with an Associates of Science in Nursing, then I did RN-BSN program and got my BSN this year. I got approved for DACA so I will be applying for jobs soon, once i get my SSN.

if you are applying for DACA, I would just wait till you get your SSN then take the NCLEX. Meanwhile, study hard!
