Hello all,

I sent in my application for renewal on 9/29 and received the case numbers. I also completed my biometrics on 11/2.

However, whenever I enter them into the case status system, it keeps responding "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

Has anyone had to wait more than two months for their status to show up on the website!?
