Were you 15 when you came back to the US? Strict interpretation of the rules show that you must have entered BEFORE 16, so 15 and under. Do you have a high school transcript that covers the year you turned 16? Anyways, my advice is speak to an immigration attorney.
I do have highschool transcript but I do not see anything a month or close date to when I turned 16
