Yup I was very disapointed when i heard that it wasnt mailed out yet.

ELIS. still shows "USCIS has accepted your application, petition, or request for processing"
On USCIS Case Status Tracker: "On September 5, 2016, we received your Form I-765..."

Seems like ELIS and case tracker isnt updating, maybe some glitch. But the tier 2 officer confirmed that my 765 was indeed approved and ead currently in production. I guess i wont get updates on ELIS or case tracker, just gotta keep speaking tier 2 people for latest updates sigh o.O
