I think you mean the I-601, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible as long as you legally reside within Canada.

I am actually wondering if Trump will reverse the ability to stay within the United States for the I-601A as well. I get the impression he will reset all favorable executive action made by the current President while allocating a lot more money for enforcement.
