They need to do away with the 3/10 yr bans for all childhood arrivals. If a child was brought across the border before they could realistically be held responsible for that decision they should be able to cross back without the ban even if they are over 18 when they decide to go back. I think this would drastically decrease future dreamer population in addition to the previously mentioned increased border security/enforcement.
