What is funny or crazy is that Donald Trump himself does not know whether he will sign a bill or not. And, Republicans... especially Senate Republicans like Mitch Turtleneck McConnell keep saying "We will vote for a bill when we know the President will sign it." Look at the spending bill they passed unanimously before Christmas.
