34 year old laid off individual going back to school for more opportunities.

I am in the middle of my major research paper for English CompII and decided to do mine on why the DREAM act should be put into action.

I was hoping this community could provide me with good credible sources of information to use and cite in my piece. i have a few already that I culled from databases. Even information on what is rights and how education is a basic human right would be of merit.
