So ive been thinking of moving to another state...i currently live in texas and i have a tx ID but no dl.
But not having a license has not kept me from driving (bad uh) but now that i want to move to another state i have alot of questions maybe you guys could help me out .

For right now the whole moving thing is still a thought but eventually i would do it ....here in texas when you get pull over with no DL i just get a ticket and thats it ...

But i was wondering if other states are the same ....im thinking of moving to kentucky also what do i need to do to change my license plates n insurance ? my car and insurance is under my dads name .
