http://www.fastweb.com and check there. You have to register first, of course; but it only takes a few minutes. I found a few scholarships there that don't ask for a SSN. And don't put yourself down. I didn't know about a lot of things (scholarships included) that I could do/apply for until I came to this site. It's never too late.
