i KNOW A LOT of people HERE IN CALIFORNIA that doesn't have ssn,they manufacture like factories(jkseriously,go to a hospital where they don't inquire anything.Like here,harbor,ucla hosp.Social svc just ask them,"do u haveSSN?".They just answer "no".that's it,they're automatically put into indigent citizens.No other questions asked.That's the time they are abt to go to labor(mind u..scoffs)
