Well in Texas, under the House Bill we can get in-state tuition like California..
Also, we can get financial aid from the state.
I get full grant from Texas to pay for my tuition and fees.
I work part-time right now so I don't rely on my parents for my allowances and such.
I suggest you look around b/c you can get a job if you try
I was afraid to go out and look for a job in high school but now that I actually started working, it's really easy to find a job if you really look into it~
