Practice simple HTML. Then expand by looking at codes and figuring out what they do. Go to good designed websites and look at how things are built. Download Photoshop and fiddle with it until you get the hang of it. You'll develop your own style and merge everything together. You'll be creating sites soon if you take the time to learn.
