If you google C33 in EAD, you will find this page in the USCIS.

And you will find out the following info:

Foreign academic students (F-1 nonimmigrants) cannot work as au pairs or nannies unless USCIS issues them an EAD based on severe economic hardship. This EAD will have a “C33”category code.
So apparently the C33 is not solely for DACA, can anyone explain in more details?
Because if DACA are not the only group of people having this C33 category on their EAD card, then I doubt if the employer/HR could know anything about our DACA status by just looking at our EAD card
