What state do you live in? If you're from California, there's no way they can deny you admission to the school.
As for other states, you don't need to put down your Tax I.D number. Leave the SSN part of the application blank, and follow up with a call to the admissions office explaining them of your situation. Most schools will assign you a student I.D number which you can use around the school.
