I expire on Dec 2020 and I want to send in another renewal package just in case.
Although this will be my third renewal, I have not paid much attention to what has changed if any, so I want to double check with you guys if I'm missing anything on my list.

- Form i-821d
- Form i-765
- Form i-765WS
- Form g-1145 (This is optional, right?)
- 2 passport size photos with a name, date of birth, and USCIS number on the back
- Front and back copy(Scan okay?) of your current work permit.
- A $495 check made out to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security"

Some how-to renew guides mentioned that I also need to send a cover letter but I don't recall ever sending one with my previous renewals. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
