Sigh.. you know it sucks for people over 31+ or people that arrived after 2007, but come on guys. It's written in English, in so many formats and even announced by the president on June 15, 2012 the REQUIREMENTS needed.
If the requirements aren't followed or relaxed, that would create chaos both for the ones meeting it, and the ones that didn't read. And it ends up people wasting their $465 which isn't a small amount like a movie ticket or something.
It's not the waiting time of people you should consider, its what's written in the immigration policy.
The bright side tho is, it is a policy and can change, but not right now.
