How poetic would it be to see the #1 enemy of the DACA population go down with the anti-American treasonous punks?

Woooooooooo

Donald Trump keeps publicly making a combination of direct and implied threats against the whistleblower, as well as any people in his administration who provided information to the whistleblower. It’s not clear if Trump is trying to get the whistleblower killed, or if he’s trying to scare others out of coming forward, or both – but he’s committing a felony. It turns out he’s not the only one.

This weekend Donald Trump’s White House adviser Stephen Miller hit the Sunday morning talk show circuit and repeated some of Trump’s false accusations about the whistleblower. This wasn’t just dishonest and offensive, it may have in fact been a felony.

Respected former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner appeared on MSNBC during the 7:00 hour on Monday evening and stated that if someone were trying to intimidate one of his witnesses in this manner, he’d have the witness in federal protection by now. Kirschner stated that he’d also be seeking criminal charges against anyone who was committing this kind of intimidation.

Crucially, Kirschner said that he’d seek charges against anyone who relayed that intimidation in the media. This was a clear reference to Stephen Miller’s television appearance. This means we’re at a point where Donald Trump’s underlings like Miller are exposing themselves to criminal culpability, and potential prison sentences, just by going out and repeating Trump’s horrid words. Maybe Miller is counting on a Trump pardon – but at this rate, would you take that bet?
