A child can't get a parent a waiver. So if a parent's EWI then only way forward is either a waiver via a different relative or Cancellation of Removal.

I would assume but you'd have to hammer out the details with the company. You can get a hardship waiver regardless of how you seek to immigrate but you need a USC/LPR, Spouse or/and Parent(s).
Note that I-601A can only be granted in immigrant visa cases, so you couldn't get transferred to US on an E-1/E-2 or L-visa. Well technically you could via the 212(a)(3) waiver but getting that thing is yet another can of worms that I wouldn't touch. So basically your company would need to petition for you and you'd need an I-601. You're better off arranging that shit while you're in US and do I-601A.
