That is the thing, my state's board of nursing already allowed me to test. The one's who turned me away are the company who administers the test not the state. I had called the board and explained to them the type of IDs I have and they said i would be allowed to test with those IDs but on the day of the test the lady who was proctoring the test turned me away. I am not an internationally educated nurse, I graduated from a US university. I spoke to a lawyer already he said what happened does not constitute discrimination. It is a bummer but things are never easy for us dreamers.

I'm going to try and get a passport from my country of birth hopefully, I won't be turned away with that.
