That's probably what's going to happen, and by the time it does the momentum for permanent relief will be gone and we'll end up with nothing.

The way I see it, assholes use this to say now there's more time to come up with a great solution, the 19th passes, leverage is gone along with the sense of urgency and then this ruling is struck down and we end up with no protection.

Someone please tell me I'm wrong.
