Well...for the background check, I don't need an SSN. They told me they could use my current address (have to be living there for at least 7 years) and that would be ok. I already sent that in and it should be arriving soon. Its the malpractice insurance I'm having trouble with.

I'm thinking of turning everything else except that paper, but I don't know yet.
