I dont think it should affect anything, there are tons of government jobs that will hire DACA recipients. You can't receive federal benefits but you can be employed by the government. In your case though it sounds like your employer wouldn't change so whatever jobs they take shouldn't affect your job. Its like if I worked for Pizza Hut and the FBI office placed an order I could still take the order and make their pizza it wouldn't change my relationship with my employer.
