DACA technically doesn't give you anything while it's pending unlike AOS or COS. Still, if you were detained you'd probably get out or at least get the judge to release you on the account that you do have a renewal pending and you just filed late.

Another thing to consider is that most USCIS Application Support Centers are basically a waiting room with fingerprinting stations and not much else, there's no ICE there, and even in Field Offices ICE usually doesn't show up on their own.
