Dear OP,

Here is my story. I received DACA in 2012 as with all of the original DACA recipients. I was renewed until Aug 2018. I've had personal issues and decided to leave the US to mainly see my father who at the time have been estranged. My AP was denied because I could not produce the birth certificate of my father on time. And I left the US in July 2017. Now I no longer have DACA. My EAD expired.
Besides having family members who are PR/Citizen, what options I have to re-enter the US? Will I have to apply for visa through the consulate in my country? I am only beginning my research. Should I contact pro bono legal help? Do you know any good pro bono legal help organization or attorney? Thanks,
