Those bills always roll in at the last minute and are ridiculously huge. Freedumb caucus will be just opposed because spending and democrats will come forward with "this is what we want for votes on the budget".
So republicans will probably end up between two choices:
1. Cave in to the freedumb caucus and cut billions.
2. Cave in to the democrats and stomach a few bills as an agreement to their pork barrel spending.
3. Shutdown lol.
