this is my second renewal , exp date 10/28
i forgot about it like a dumb
timeline :
application received - 9/12/2016
sent back cause i forgot to sign -_-
application received again - 9/22/2016
Bio appointment - 10/12/2016

and now i got this letter for account access notice
and online it says 'Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.' ? what does that mean?
