Smooth. I got there at around 830 and there was a line outside and people with numbers up to 50 lol so I went inside and asked the guy for a number he asked me what I was here for and told him and he sent me right up to the 2nd floor, got a waiting number and called me right up. Handed the chick my SS5 app ,EAD and passport , verified if everything was right and she said my card should be here in about 2 weeks
