No one here thinks it's an issue having a license from a state you don't reside in? I'm worried this could be an issue in my application? Should I disclose it, and use it as proof of being in the U.S.? And if I don't use it in my application, will they still know about it? In other words, would it come up in a background check?

Remember guys, u say u live in a state when you don't, that's a fraud. Right?
