Yeah I agree. There's other ways to answer the question that just coming down someone's throat.


But, I do think I know what AzianRca is talking about. There was a report in the Orlando Sentinel about this not too long ago [I think last August]. Apparently, a young man of British descent was "legal" because of his parent's business visa but once he turned 21, he aged out of the temporary legal status he had and was forced to leave UCF [the University of Central Florida] because he couldn't pay out-of-state tuition since he was no longer listed as "Dependent" under his parent's status.


It was really complicated and that's just the gist of it. I'm trying to find the article right now. I think AzianRca probably means will DREAM be available to people that are "legal" but once they become a certain age, they will be considered "illegal" aliens. I'll post it if/when I can find it.
