They have a 200 bonus? Neat. Let me look into opening one. I think we are us resident Allen, because when I filled out my credit card application it had a question mark next to it.
Under the question mark it said permanent resident or resident Allen for tax purposes. We are resident alien for tax purposes.Discover didn't ask me to verify anything.
