What I did is call and I told them last time I called the officer told me that I should here an answer by this week and then they'll tell u that they will check ur case and then then say well we are working in such and such cases or that u are in security checks so then u tell them well the officer told me that I should hear something by now. They might tell u that they can't tell u anything else that they have no more information so just ask to speak to a level 2 officer and then they MIT try to talk u out of it , just be persistent and they'll put u on hold to speak to a level 2


Be prepared to be on hold waiting for a level 2 and just tell them about ur case that you are over their processing time and stuff.
