"Will not approve any new Form I-131 applications for advance parole under standards associated with the DACA program, although it will generally honor the stated validity period for previously approved applications for advance parole. Notwithstanding the continued validity of advance parole approvals previously granted, CBP will—of course—retain the authority it has always had and exercised in determining the admissibility of any person presenting at the border and the eligibility of such persons for parole. What would do if you had an approved Advance Parole right now, with DACA being rescinded. Would you take the risk and travel to clear EWI? Or wait to see if congress passes something to legalize us because know more than ever it looks like a possibility, or would you wait out the petition process that might take at least a year, even thou your DACA expires end of May. Stressed and confused on what to do?
