When I got released I went to go speak to my lawyer the next day because not even I knew why I was released, all they said through the speakerphone was to pack my thing's. My lawyer told me that I was never indicted meaning I was never formally charged. I asked him if it would show on my record he said, it might show that you been arrested but not for what. I was never contacted by the police that I was to be questioned or anything, I had went to the police station to make a report of my lost ID to get a new one and that's where they told me I had an arrest warrant and I was put in jail. But I was arrested after almost 1yr and a half of the incident.
