I got approved exactly 2 weeks ago, on July 1st and my life is already changing very rapidly! I already have my work permit, my social security number and best of all I went for a job interview today and I GOT THE JOB!!!!

This forum has been a huge support for me, it has been really helpful for me psychologically to be able to come here and get away from all the right-wing illegal invader bullshit that's too common in the media.

So I just want to say THANK YOU ALL!!!

I'm sorry to those of you who have been waiting since last year, I feel for you I really do. But take a look at how quickly my life turned around! I've never worked a real legal job before in my life, never had a license/state ID or that real feeling of human legitimacy that many US Citizens take for granted. And in such a short amount of time that all changed. The same will happen for you if you just stay positive and hang in there!
