I am still not approved. So I just gave them a call.

I dont know if its my cell phone service or their telephone service but its difficult to hear what they are saying.

Anyway, I got a representative that sounded Latino and from what I understood the processing time is 3 months and said that my application is only a couple days over 3 months( which is correct) because they received my application on the 17th.

So they are sending me a notification that should be here on or before the 24th...
I hope the service request will get them to approve my case soon.
