so lately, college has been on my mind a lot.. and i have a question..

is going to a community college for 2 yrs then transferring to a 4 yr public college worse than starting at a 4-yr college right away?

i'm a good student.. i get mostly A's and most of my classes are advanced classes.. my SAT score isnt great, but not bad either.

i'm not planning on going to harvard or princeton university.. but i still want to go to a good college, but i dont have too many options..

so if i went to a community college then transferred to 4-yr public college, would that greatly affect me in a negative way? will it affect my future (as in someone wanting to hire me for a job) in negative ways if i go to community college first rather than starting at the 4-yr pubic college?

and as an extra question- how will the DREAM act specifically benefit ppl going into college or ppl already in college?
