Apparently they only look for arrest records. I checked the cover letter form, and the only info you have to provide are your name, address, and reason for requesting the clearance.

I guess we'll see what happens. If I get deported for applying for clearance- which I guess will be kinda funny since I'm leaving the US anyway- I'll let you guys know.
